Los datos que disponemos de Ud. se obtienen a través de las relaciones comerciales o contractuales que la empresa, entidad u organización para la cual Ud. trabaja, colabora, o representa ha mantenido (o mantiene en la actualidad) con GRUPO MGA.
Por lo general obtenemos sus datos de contacto porqué nos los facilita Ud. directamente, pero también podemos obtenerlos por otras empresas del GRUPO MGA.

Los datos que trataremos de Ud. para las finalidades legítimas que más adelante se explican, se limitan a sus datos de contacto corporativo relativos a la empresa, entidad u organización para la cual Ud. trabaja, colabora o representa.

POR QUÉ MOTIVO PODEMOS TRATAR SUS DATOS PERSONALES
El tratamiento de sus datos de contacto corporativo relacionado con el mantenimiento de la relación de la empresa, entidad u organización para la cual Ud. trabaja, colabora o representa con GRUPO MGA responde a un interés legítimo de nuestra entidad, expresamente reconocido por la normativa sobre privacidad.
El tratamiento de sus datos personales para el envío de información promocional a clientes sobre actividades de GRUPO MGA similares a las que motivan la relación con la empresa, entidad u organización para la cual Ud. trabaja, colabora o representa, responde a un interés legítimo de nuestra entidad y está autorizado por la normativa vigente.
CUÁNDO Y POR QUÉ MOTIVO PODEMOS FACILITAR SUS DATOS A TERCEROS

TRANSFERENCIAS INTERNACIONALES DE DATOS
GRUPO MGA no tiene contratados servicios de proveedores ubicados en países que no disponen de normativa equivalente a la europea (“Terceros Países”).
En el caso de que nuestra entidad precisara contratar los servicios de proveedores ubicados en Terceros Países para el tratamiento de sus datos, dicha contratación se realizaría previo cumplimiento de todos los requisitos establecidos por la normativa de protección de datos, y aplicando las garantías y salvaguardas necesarias para preservar su privacidad.

DURANTE CUÁNTO TIEMPO GUARDAREMOS SUS DATOS

En este supuesto, se tratarán a los solos efectos de acreditar el cumplimiento de nuestras obligaciones legales o contractuales.

WHY WE MAY PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The processing of your business contact data relative to maintaining the relationship between GRUPO MGA and the company, entity or organization you work for or collaborate with responds to a legitimate interest of our organization, specifically recognized in the privacy regulation.

HOW LONG WE WILL STORE YOUR DATA

Once the relationship is terminated, your data will be processed solely to the effects of demonstrating compliance with the legal or contractual obligations of the Company. Once said legal terms are met, your data will be eliminated or, alternatively, anonymized.
